Rubies is a healing program centered around Christ our Lord and Savior for women struggling with addiction and/or coming out of human sex-trafficking.

Rubies allows women to discover themselves and their worth in Christ by learning to build a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, attending church, attending faith-based counseling, healing physically, mentally, and spiritually, becoming employed, learning life skills, mentoring, gaining family, integrating back into society with support.

Our Founder
My name is Candace Watson-Cole, this is my testimony from darkness to light. How I was transformed in a 4x9 cell. Physically I was locked up behind bars, but I became the freest I had ever been in my whole life.

My childhood engraved in me that sex was love. That I was ugly and fat, not ever good enough. I craved attention that I necessarily did not always receive at home. Made fun of by my peers to the point I tried to commit suicide multiple times with no succeeding. At an incredibly young age I allowed men to use me, abuse me, mentally, physically, and sexually. This eventually led to me using drugs to numb the pain from flash backs. Numb the pain from guilt and shame. I was on a downward spiral and fast. With addiction came many other bondages and abuses.
